We do our very best to get your items to you as quickly & safely as possible, so your items will arrive in Australia Post padded bags or boxes.

AUSTRALIA POST is our preferred method of delivery, once your items have been dispatched, we then adhere to their delivery time frames. Therefore these delivery time frames are based on Australia Post’s delivery time frames which can be subject to change at any time, especially during peak periods.

DISPATCH: we try & get your clean beauty goodies to you as fast as humanly possible! Please allow approximately 1 – 2 business days following the receipt of your order for dispatch. Please note, over public holidays, Christmas & promotional periods this may be longer. Please feel free to contact us if you need your items urgently, we’ll help anyway we can!

Regional: Please allow up to 5 business days approx.Local pick up: *LOCAL PICKUP IS CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE DUE TO RELOCATION OF THE STUDIO. WE WILL HAVE IT BACK UP AS SOON AS THE NEW STUDIO IS READY* Brisbane only…. If you’d like to organise your own courier to pick up your order from our Brisbane studio & deliver to you wherever you are in Australia, please contact us & we can have your items ready for pick up generally within a couple of hours of payment. Please note in busy periods this may be slightly longer, however please contact us for more info. We always do our very best to fulfil all requests. Pick up is in Brisbane 4104, please contact us on 0439 831 107 if you live in Brisbane & would like to pick up your order. This service is currently by appointment only at one of our stockists locations in Yeronga 4104. We will always do our best for you especially in regards to suitable appointment times.

TRACKING:

We will send you an email with your Australia Post tracking number as soon as your order has left our facility.

Your statutory rights for returns if your items are purchased from us directly in Australia, are still adhered to. Please contact us via email or phone to discuss, we take situations on a case by case basis. As a small family business, we always try to do our best for our customers.*

Product Packaging Changes:

From time to time Emani Cosmetics changes packaging styles. This can happen for many different reasons from eco friendly resources availability to style changes. If the brand or particular product is going through a packaging change, sometimes you may receive the same product but in different packaging styles. Even though the packaging may change, the actual products & product weights in general do not. Apart from the original Hydrawear 12hr Liquid Foundation – it’s formula has recently been updated to Hydrawear Plus Foundations (Hydrawear Plus Foundation & Youth Defense Foundation are the same formula). Please note: we have no control over packaging changes, these come through from our manufacture/parent organisation. Just like yourself, we sometimes receive different packaging styles. The products inside however are all still beautiful, clean, cruelty free, vegan beauty, please remember, good things come in all shapes, sizes & colours!

Please note: the default postage is for regular post for New Zealand, please contact us if you require express post for New Zealand & we can process this manually.
